Good to know:
Before every training session be sure to be properly hydrated.

Eat something 2 hours before training. We recommend eating something light, rich in quick-release carbohydrates that will give you enough energy for your training (piece of fruit), especially if you are looking to lose weight.

In just a 20-minute training session, your personal trainer will help you through a personalized 1-on-1 program, giving your body over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout without any need or use a traditional gym equipment.

Your Whole Body EMS Training suits and undergarments will be provided in-studio, so typical gym clothes aren’t needed.
​
A training session lasts just 20 minutes and is always conducted with a qualified trainer, who monitors the training and its success.
Twice a week is sufficient for reliably achieving individual goals, with its effectiveness proven in numerous scientific studies.

Another pleasant function of Fitnext EMS training is that the workout ends with a nice massage.
